How do I find a starting configuration?
Start with CPU, memory and disk, then consider the operating system and backup needs. The configuration explorer helps you bring those choices into view.

WALLET & PAYMENTS

Your resources.
Your pace.

Add funds to your wallet, follow your usage and pay for standard virtual-machine resources by the hour. Your portal brings the balance, usage and payment history together.

01 / RUNNING

The normal hourly rate.

While your VM runs, its resource usage is billed hourly from your wallet. Review the current rate in your portal before deploying.

02 / SHUT DOWN

40% while retained.

A confirmed shutdown ends the full running rate. The standard stopped VM resource rate is 40% while your machine and its resources remain reserved.

03 / DELETE & RELEASE

VM usage billing ends.

When deletion is accepted, the VM stops accruing usage charges. Completed, unbilled hours are settled as you release it.

Pausing keeps RAM reserved and uses the running rate. Separately retained storage and other resources continue at their applicable rates until released. Software licences and fixed service packages keep their own pricing terms; a wallet recharge does not renew a fixed package.

ADD FUNDS, THEN KEEP GOING

One clear recharge journey.

  1. Open Billing in your customer portal.
  2. Choose Add Funds and enter your recharge amount.
  3. Review your cloud-ocean payment and complete it securely through Razorpay.

Return to Billing to check the payment status and wallet balance. A pending or cancelled payment does not add funds.
