Refund Policy

At Moonshot AI, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with all our services. If you are not satisfied with a service you have purchased, you may request a refund subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility for Refund

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
• The service must not have been extensively used or deployed in production.
• Custom development projects are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• Domain registrations and SSL certificates are non-refundable.

3. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days.
4. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel any active service subscription at any time. Please note:

• Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled before the next billing date to avoid further charges.
• Annual plans may be cancelled with a pro-rata refund for the remaining months (minus a 10% processing fee).
• Data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which it may be permanently deleted.
• We recommend backing up all data before initiating a cancellation.
